Whether your team needs help solving problems, improving efficiency, or writing amazing documentation, I can help.

Melissa Hubbell

Information architect
and technical writer

I am a high-achieving and driven information architect and technical writer. I write user-focused content that helps users do their jobs, not learn about a product. I can plan and organize anything, from a years-long initiative to a weeklong project.

I’ve worked for healthcare and financial software companies and am at my best in a fast-paced environment that welcomes innovation and creativity.

While I grew up in Massachusetts, I have called the Memphis, TN, area my home for the last 4 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, and traveling.
